Successfully Mycorrhizal (VAM) experiment done! We can obviously see how’s the plant’s root infected with VAM! The root system was vigorous.
Mycorrhizal do this by colonizing on plant roots, which greatly expands the absorptive areas.(More Root Branch) ,these fungal filaments look like high intensity fiber string and become extensions of the roots, This means greater and more efficient uptake of nutrients and water, and insoluble NPK by the plants!
Under a microscope, we see the vesicles,spore forming on the VAM infected roots!
菌根菌(VAM)培养试验完成了!可以看到植物根部感染VAM后!根系的变化!同一种植物,几乎同个时间,却看到有用菌根菌和没有用菌根菌的分别!
菌根菌: 植物长很多细根,而且很茂密,一直找空间蔓延!
微生物通过根毛到表皮皮层,在皮层中繁殖,菌丝起到根毛的作用,吸收土壤中水分,矿物质,有机物质,不溶解的NPK, 并将之分解成更有利于宿主吸收的形式。
在显微镜下,我们看到了小泡,孢子在VAM感染形成的图片!
