Sewage treatment test and water quality analysis with Jabatan Veterinar Melaka located at:

Treatment on fish pond/sewage using integrated microbial technology.

  1. Testing to test bioburden of coli before and after treatment on the pond that served as water for the animal consumption. After 48 hours: it was observed that the total count of E.coli was reducing to 22%.

Experiments have proved that compounding and targeted bacteria can reduce the concentration of E. coli in the pool.

As we all know, E. coli originates from animal feces, and it can cause soil biological pollution, and it has a strong penetration in the soil.

Based on the report we can observe the difference:

13/12/2017: 94.5 cfu/g

5/12/2017: 73.5 cfu/g

In the population lake (about 0.4 acre) after 48 hours, E. coli decreased by about 22%.

  1. Testing on water clearance/algae clearance for fish pond.

Excessive phosphorus/organic matter cause excessive algae/moss. The aerobic algae on the water cause a lack of oxygen in the pool and affect the ecology.

Designated strains and planned application experiments can indeed effectively reduce the COD and BOD in the water, so that the concentration of amino nitrogen (NH₃-N), nitrous nitrogen (NO₂-N) and sulphide in the water is greatly reduced. Reduce, to achieve a plan that is both non-oxygenise and curative.

It was observed that both trial showing very positive results with the integrated use of microbial technology.

PALM CARE

Fertilizers are mostly physiological acid fertilizers, such as: ammonium sulphate, ammonium chloride and potassium chloride. When nitrogen and potassium are absorbed, acid / acid ions (CI-, SO₄-) will remain in the soil and cause acidification of the soil.

Vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizaL (VAM)

Successfully Mycorrhizal (VAM) experiment done! We can obviously see how’s the plant’s root infected with VAM! The root system was vigorous.

Mycorrhizal do this by colonizing on plant roots, which greatly expands the absorptive areas.(More Root Branch) ,these fungal filaments look like high intensity fiber string and become extensions of the roots, This means greater and more efficient uptake of nutrients and water, and insoluble NPK by the plants!
Under a microscope, we see the vesicles,spore forming on the VAM infected roots!

Use of any of the chlorinated hydrocarbon and organo-phosphate group in ‘cleansing’ shrimp ponds is not recommended because of their long-term residual effects. In fact their use is discouraged. they should be handled and applied with extreme caution. Fish which are killed with chlorinated hydrocarbon and organo-phosphate poisons should not be eaten by people or animals.The use of synthetic substances, such as antibiotics and hormones, is no longer accepted in several countries. Millennium-20 is the best known compound (100% organic derivative) to selectively poison fish and shell animals predator without damaging the shrimp or food organisms in the pond. It is safe to use, while shrimp are in the pond. At the recommended dosage, it does not affect rotifers and copepods.
